Macedonië doet al sinds 2003 mee aan het Junior Eurovisie Songfestival, en ook op het On the Road to...stem-spel.

Bij de eerste deelname werd de finale net aan niet behaald: Barbara Popovic werd 4e.

In 2014 trok Macedonië zich terug uit het Junior Eurovisiesongfestival. Daarom kan het ook niet meer meedoen aan On The Road to...
