For the second year in a row, (Junior) Eurovision Stars organized "On The Road To...". This year was a big succes, with an average of 61 people voting in each round.

The Netherlands, Slovenia and Belarus qualified from the first semi final, and Bulgaria, Cyprus and Malta qualified from the second semi final.

A new element in the game this year, was the wildcard. One of the ten eliminated countries was still able to qualify through the 'wildcardround'. The wildcard-winner was Ukraine.

In the final, exactly 100 votes were cast. Bulgaria recieved the most votes in the final, and are therefore crowned as the winner of "On The Road To Malta".
